Kicking off the Home Show

It's been 60 years since the National Home Show first opened its doors, so it goes without saying that the event has come a long way.

When the Show opens tomorrow, it will be North America's largest home and garden event, thanks in part to a fantastic new partnership with Canada Blooms which brought these two great shows together under one roof.

That's more than 800 retailers and industry experts, including the popular Destination Renovation booth where a team of professional RenoMark contractors will be offering FREE 10-minute consultations for the reno-curious! Visitors can also learn more about the national RenoMark program, get a list of RenoMark renovators in the GTA or obtain a copy of the RenoGuide - a five-step guide to a worry-free renovation.

Just look for booth 1916 and the guys or girls wearing RenoMark golf shirts. If it says "Renovate with confidence" on their backs, you've come to the right place!

Those of you who can't make it to the Show (you're missing out!) can still benefit from Destination Renovation's free consultations by asking your questions online. Just tweet your question to @RenoMark_ca using the #nhs12 hash tag and we'll make sure our expert renovators see it!

If you're not following RenoMark on Twitter yet, here's another reason to do so. The first 10 people to mention @RenoMark_ca  and tweet "I want tickets to #nhs12" will win a pair of tickets to the National Home Show! It's on me! We'll let you know if you won, and tell you where you can pick up your prize.

If you are not one of the first 10, not to worry! You can still get a great deal by purchasing your tickets online - just visit www.nationalhomeshow.com save $3 off the regular price.

The National Home Show runs March 16-25 at the Direct Energy at Exhibition Place. More info on the national RenoMark program can be found by visiting www.renomark.ca.

Hope to see you at the Show!
